The Business office for Civil Legal rights (OCR) sent a letter Wednesday to Mom and dad Defending Education and learning President Nicole Neily saying it was investigating the allegation.

PDE filed its grievance in December subsequent a New York Put up report that claimed the college had planned to produce the affinity groups that would individual college students in accordance to their race.

PDE on Thursday cheered the OCR’s investigation.
