Japanese electronics maker Panasonic accused chipmaker Broadcom Corp of violating its legal rights in quite a few laptop-technology patents in Texas federal court Thursday.
Panasonic Holdings Corp informed the court docket that Broadcom turned down its delivers to talk about a license to its patent portfolio, which it stated included a “broad array” of Broadcom items.
The two lawsuits say Broadcom products including microprocessors, built-in circuits and elements applied in wireless networking infringe 10 Panasonic patents.
